If your looking for a place to stay that has great facilities and a great location in Melbourne’s city with great rates look no further than Batman’s Hill, Spencer Street Railway Station is across the road and trams are outside your door.

This hotel was by far the best I have ever stayed at,the staff were fantastic and the room was great,I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a great hotel in Melbourne. infinite thumbs up from me.

This is my regular hotel in Melbourne. The fact that staff recognise me as a returning traveller is important to me. The hotel is right at Southern Cross Station. It has a tram stop outside the door for quick transit to the central CBD. The hotel is always spotlessly clean. The rooms are small but that is part of the style of the Batmans. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel represents excellent value for money. It has parking down in the basement but you need to book. Remember to enter from Collins Street just part Krispy Kreme!

We stayed there three nights with Breakfast and car park included. I can’t fault it. Staff were great, meals were good fir the price which was reasonable. Easy access to everything in central Melbourne. Rooms were clean and tidy with everything that you need. We had a view of Collins street st. The price was just right for what we got.

The location is absolutely for getting into the city etc. The staff were exceptionally pleasant on every occasion. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable and I had the best nights sleep in the super comfy bed

Ella at reception was attentive and personable. Was lovely to deal with upon checking in & out of the property. Also room service was prompt & fantastic quality. Would stay again, maybe in an upgraded room next time! Only negative was the shower head in the shower, it kept falling down with when the water was turned on. A simple maintenance repair needed.
